We offer 30 days from delivery to return your product/s for change of mind. Products must be unused with undamaged packaging. Once we receive your return we will assess the product and process a refund.
Unfortunately we don't offer prepaid labels for returns, exchanges or change of mind. We recommend when sending your order back to us that you use a trackable service as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

We are happy to offer exchanges for faulty products.

- Proof of the product fault.
- Proof of purchase ie: order number, retail receipt, bank statement.

If your order has not arrived complete let us know asap and we will send out a the missing part.
