All domestic shipping is sent with Australia Post on a standard delivery service and is only valid for addresses within Australia. Please see their website for Terms & Conditions, however in brief Australia Post have the authority to leave your parcel in a safe place without a signature at your address. If they are unable to deliver or leave your parcel it will be taken to your local post office for collection. 

For address changes after your order has been shipped please contact Australia Post customer service team on Ph: 13 11 18.

Keep an eye on your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email if selected.
